Next spring’s Mendip Rambler’s weekend away will be from Friday 25th March to Sunday 27th March staying 3 nights.
Our Hotel will be The Hatherley Manor Hotel in Gloucester.
Directions on how to get there, From the M5 leave the Motorway at Junction 11 heading towards Cheltenham. At the large roundabout turn left signposted Staverton follow this road for about 3 miles past the airport on your left through a set of traffic lights. Just after traffic lights turn right into Down Hatherley Lane and follow for about 0.5 miles. Hatherley Manor Hotel is on your right hand side.
The cost for 3 nights stay will be single £70 per person per night. ( 8 places )
For twins and doubles the cost will be £50 per person per night. ( 8 twins and 20 doubles ) Non returnable deposits and booking fees. 64 persons all told.
The reason for the singles being more expensive is that they carry a £20 per night supplement.
There will also be a booking charge of £5 per person this will cover expenses for walk leaders and postage.
Should you wish to reserve a place please send a deposit of half the w/end cost plus £5 booking fee to me. Please fill in booking form and return to me.
All cheques to be signed to “Mendip Ramblers”
There will be two walks per day a short of 5-6 miles and a longer one of 10+ miles.
I am sure you will all enjoy this w/end as much as Exmoor during 2010
Please remember if it was not for the leaders then these w/ends would not be able to take place
Cost’s: Single £105 deposit + £5 booking fee per person = £110
Twin £75 deposit + £5 booking fee per person = £80
Doubles £150 deposit + £10 booking fee per couple = £160
If you are booking a twin room please mention with whom you will be sharing.
First bookings will be given to Mendip Ramblers and any outstanding places will be passed to other groups after November 2010
