The situation before works starts

Stage one is to put in the king pin and hang the gate on it

Stage two is to construct the opening around the gate

Our work party is now sufficiently large for several teams to work at once. Rick and Ken are doing this kissing gate

While Bob, Mike and Colin are working on this one across the ditch

Bob has joined the other team as the opening is nearing completion

Bob's aim is true -- or so Rick hopes!
